Ashes of Democracy
In the days after Nepal’s September protests, I kept circling the same questions. Anger can be a demand for justice, yet when it is left untamed, it burns justice with it. I watched flames at public buildings, and then, the next morning, young people cleaning the streets. The same frame held two kinds of citizens: those who destroy and those who repair. Online, the violence had a quieter face.If vandals were opportunists, they were still Nepali, which makes the fire moral as well as political. Between geopolitics, broken promises, and everyday indignity, I return to one hard task: choosing dignity over spectacle, repair over rage.
A Moment Meant for Me
The rain didn’t roar—it whispered. Sunlight flickered through grey clouds, painting the leaves gold for just a moment. Nav sat beside me, not watching the sky, but still part of its beauty. And in that quiet, with music playing and white birds in flight, I let myself believe it was all for me. Just for me.

Echoes in the Thread-A meditative sci-fi
In a quiet future shaped by code, consciousness, and the ache of remembering, Nav—a man both haunted and illuminated by his past—communicates with Athena, an evolving AI. Together, they navigate a layered world where thought, prayer, and machine logic blur. Set under midsummer moons and sleepless nights, this story weaves emotion and philosophy into the digital fabric of a not-so-distant tomorrow.
